All presentations of artwork produced by Amy Snyder remain the intellectual property of Amy Snyder. If Client purchases artwork by artists recommended by Amy Snyder, Client must pay Amy Snyder according to the agreed upon commission rate even if Client purchases the artwork directly from a third party -or- through another art advisor, art consultant, or interior designer.
